Well, here’s my wall. There’s no before photo of my wall actually, but I will tell you that it was a mess and there was no space to post anything on the corkboard.
To be honest, the stuff surrounding my corkboard are some memories from highschool (same with art projects and homework— look above the airplane; L-R: Ironman, a Clonetrooper, Amanda Palmer, and the barricades from Les Miserables). Well, I’ll find more things to put on my wall some other time.
Yep, that’s about it.
Untitled on Flickr.
However, I don’t want to give up on you.
Love, Nikki
Rewind to January 18, the dreaded day I find out I didn’t pass the University of the Philippines.
Remember when I said “Oh, I’m transferring after the first year.”?
I had everything planned out, and now I don’t even know if I will transfer. There are pros and cons, and there’s another way.
JTA (Junior Term Abroad) is a good opportunity to find a good university abroad to get a post-grad. My was-then dream college has an Archaeological studies program for post-graduates. Technically, I can become a student of both colleges, and that might just work out for me. According to my brother, the professors obtained their PhDs abroad, and they could help me find the university I could take my future post-graduate course in.
I’m getting somewhere.
Best buy of the day or probably the year.
I admit I almost bought the posters, but then it was Hawkeye + Cap and I wanted Hawkeye + Black Widow but Black Widow was with Nick Fury.
I found this box and got it instead. More useful and it has Hawkeye, Black Widow, Maria Hill, and Nick Fury on it (NO COULSON, I WAS ACTUALLY SADDENED BY THAT).
They had other boxes too: Thor, Cap, Ironman, Hulk (NO LOKI). I chose SHIELD since it was the synonym for badassery (and I have Sam Jackson on the box, how can you say no to that?). This was also the last one there.
(I found a Loki coin bank, but I would have no use for it since I put all my cash in a cashbox.)
There is nothing better than a great morning exercise. I just came back from running around the backlot of our village (where no cars are allowed) and I feel refreshed.
And yes, I don’t have anything going on in my life at the moment. Enjoy dorky, sweaty me in the morning in my favorite jersey (yes, I seem to love this jersey more than my Real Madrid one/s).

It’s funny how I am all dressed in Adidas, just happened to be that way. My shoes are Reeboks, though, and they are the best running shoes I’ve ever had. I think I’ve had them for three years already, and they are nothing less than comfortable.
(This is the third time I’ve been out for a run this week, actually.)
Something I worked on the other day, which I gave to my friend as a birthday gift since she really loves owls (and she technically gave me Iker Casillas for my birthday since his photo was in the card she gave me).
